Justyna Ponulak is a passionate and highly skilled music educator, who specializes in an area of stage fright and performance anxiety that is a big challenge for many artists.
Her Master Thesis,”Stage fright - prevention techniques, and methods of dealing with its negative effects” ultimately became the foundation for her “Grow In Flow” program, which continues to help musicians understand the science behind this issue, and reach their maximum potential.
Understanding the causes and trigger points of anxiety, and being able to relate it to musical performance is a skill that only a qualified professional, and accomplished musician can deliver, and Justyna ticks both boxes. Combining a Masters Degree in Music Performance with over 20 years of professional experience as a classical and commercial vocalist and instrumentalist, Justyna is highly skilled in music composition, songwriting, performance and production. Her expertise in performance coaching, along with her impressive accomplishments as a musician has led to various speaking and lecturing engagements at local colleges with Performing Arts Departments.
Following on from her M.A in Violin Music Performance at the prestigious Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznan Poland, Justyna performed with the Poznan Philharmonic Orchestra for six years as part of the First Violin section. She has worked as both a violin instructor and freelance musician, and while living in Germany, began her work towards her PhD in Music Psychology and ongoing study on the state of flow in performing artists. She has extensive experience in both the performing and business sides of the music industry, and currently acts as the Music and Media Director for the Abba Father Institute in San Diego, a non-profit organization which she Co-Founded.
As a freelance musician and composer, Justyna is particularly passionate in the area of Christian Music, collaborating with various artists and composing and releasing her own music.
